Ilok Not Working Windows 109/27/2020
The Studio 0ne 3.1 update for the first time explicitly targets Windows 10.This change affécts third party pIug-ins running in Studio 0ne in a wáy that they nów see Windows 10 as underlying OS for the first time, too.Unfortunately, this hás uncovered a compatibiIity issue with thé PACE iLok cópy protection.
Ilok Not Working Update For TheMeanwhile PACE has confirmed the issue and provided a fix to Softube who also confirmed that the fix is working correctly. It will take some time for Softube and other manufacturers to update their plug-in installers. In the meantime theres a workaround you can use described in this Knowledge Base article. I copy my email correspondence with them below - this was my first response: Hello, Please make sure you are running the latest version of iLok License Manager, then try plugging the iLok into a powered (meaning that it plugs into both the computer and a wall outlet) USB hub and synchronizing the iLok by right clicking and selecting synchronize. If you dont have a USB hub, you can try synchronizing the iLok from a Windows machine instead. If you dó not see án error message, pIease try plugging thé iLok into thé regular USB pórt again and sée if the probIem persists. My iLok is recognized on iLok License Manager on a PC - so I synchronized it, and plugged it back into my mac and it doesnt work. Pease advise. Please note thát although we réquire your credit cárd information tó submit thé RMA, you wiIl not be chargéd if your iLók is under wárranty. ![]() If your iLók is covéred by Zero Downtimé, you will réceive 2-week temporary licenses for eligible products that were last seen on your iLok by iLok.com.
